Happy Sunday friends! Seeing as we are more than half way through this, lets be real, ridiculously crazy year, I wanted to have a look back on where I have come and what I have learned so far.
2020 has definitely not been an easy year for us all I’m sure. Many things have been thrown our way keeping us on a constant rollercoaster, but I think that there is a lot we can learn from such things.
For me, I have undergone a lot of changes in my life that I could have chosen to either sit and sulk through it all, or rise above the occasions. While it has not been easy, I have been working on small changes throughout the year to work towards bettering myself 🙂
As I am a lover of lists, every year I like to jot down a few goals, some big and some small, to work towards. This year was no different and I thought it was even more important now that we are starting a new decade!
Some of the things on my list include:
1. graduate University
2. find ways to get active everyday
3. start a blog
These are only some of the things on my list but I find that making lists of goals are a great way to stay motivated throughout the year! And it doesn’t need to be yearly, I make monthly and even daily goals to help me stay on track!
Also while reflecting back, something important I have learned this year is the importance of doing what you want to do for you. Too many times in the past I have said no to things way too quickly because I am afraid of what other people will think. But it is your life and you set the rules and terms for it so make sure you do what you enjoy!

I have been living for summer whites and more importantly cute summer dresses!! With this weather they have definitely been my staple!
This lovely and flowing one is from Urban planet and super cheap! I love dresses like these because I am practically living in them during these insanely hot summer months, so it is nice to have a variety to choose from!
